The Company has undergone a re-qualification for listing on the CSE following its acquisition of interests in Rejuva Alternative Medicine Research Centre Inc. and Shahcor Health Services Inc. on July 9, 2020. The CSE deemed these acquisitions to be a “fundamental change” in the business of the Company and required the Company to submit a new listing statement with the CSE.
