(the “Company”), (CSE: SHRM) (FWB: 496) (OTCQB: SHRMF), is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from “Champignon Brands Inc.” to “Braxia Scientific Corp.” and its ticker symbol will change from “SHRM” to “BRAX” on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”). The name change reflects the Company’s commitment to providing access to, and leadership in, setting the standard of care for ketamine treatment in depression through its network of clinics, as well as the Company’s ketamine and psychedelic derivative research and drug development priorities. Braxia Scientific’s overarching aim is to shape the future of treatment for people suffering from depression and other mental health disorders.

Trading Ticker Change
The Company’s ticker symbol will change from “SHRM” to “BRAX” on the CSE, and its ticker symbol from “SHRMF” to “BRAXF” on the Over-the-Counter (OTC) market. Subject to the approval of the CSE, the Company expects the name and ticker changes to take effect on May 5, 2021, and for its common shares to begin trading on the CSE under the new name and new ticker symbol on such date.
Share Issuance
The Company also announces that it has issued 250,000 common shares to settle the amount of $125,000 owed to an independent contractor providing research and development services to the Company.
