Allied Corp Commends the Colombian Government for Passing Regulations that Advance the Export of Dried Cannabis Flower From Colombia

KELOWNA, British Columbia., Feb. 22, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Allied Corp. (“Allied” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: ALID) is pleased to commend the Colombian Government for passing Regulation 227 (the “Regulation”) on February 20, 2022, which aims to enable the export of cannabis flower from Colombia.

On July 23, 2021 the President of Colombia, President Ivan Duque, signed Decree 811 lifting the prohibition on exportation of dried cannabis flower from Colombia.

In October 2021, Allied was asked to provide first comment on the Regulation and then in November 2021, second comment. On February 20, 2022, Regulation 227 was officially announced by the President of Colombia introducing the practical regulations and implementation plan. This, among other important advances, will enable Allied to begin exporting dried cannabis flower internationally. In the coming weeks, the Colombian government is expected to release further technical commercial guidelines.

While only a few Colombian companies have been able to successfully export cannabis derivatives such as CBD distillate and isolate, up until now, the export of dried flower from Colombia has been prohibited. Allied has successfully shipped to several international markets and will now be able to enact the commercial contracts and import approval permits that it has ready to activate.

Allied Corp Signs Sales Order for 1000kgs Worth One Million Euros of Cannabis Flower

Under this agreement, Allied will provide 1000kgs of cannabis flower for 1 million euros. Allied has already submitted the import permit application to the Australian Department of Health for this transaction. As well, in preparation for the Colombian president enacting the decree that was announced in 2021 allowing for the export of Colombian cannabis flower, Allied has been scaling its flower production and adding to its inventory. Allied has over 5000kgs in inventory and 30,000 plants in production that is increased weekly from its perpetual harvests.

Allied’s partner has been in the pharmaceutical, medical device and medical supply for 30 years including being a Prime Vendor to the ADF (Australian Defense Forces) for 10 of those years. Allied Corp Signs Supply Agreement for 1000KGS Monthly and Completes Manufacturing Process for Allied Inside™ Veteran Focused CBD Cigarette

All products involved with this working relationship are below the 0.3% THC limit and are legal to be sold in the United States. Porter Ventures, LLC (“Porter”) is a holding company that has subsidiaries offering products and services in the US ranging from retail pharmacy over the counter products, full scope hemp services, natural health and opioid addiction products. Porter’s subsidiaries have over 140 products offered to multiple markets.

The first component of the agreement between Allied and Porter includes a supply offtake agreement of Colombian produced flower at the volume of 1000kgs monthly starting in February 2022. Porter will then sell through into their market with the Allied Inside™ mark.

Allied Corp Signs Yearly Supply Contract With Veterans for Healing Using the Allied Inside™ Business Model With Colombian Produced Cannabis Flower

On November 18th 2021, a contract was signed between Allied and a globally focused veterans innovative healing organization called Veterans For Healing(“VFH”) for a volume of 4000 kilograms per month of Colombian produced 20%+ high-CBD percentage flower. 2000 kilograms monthly is destined for the United States and 2000 kilograms monthly is destined for the United Kingdom. On Nov 18th, 2021, Allied signed a contract with a Mexican sales and distribution partner to sell and distribute Allied’s retail ready products into the Mexican market.
