The Company Signs Supply Agreement with Nectar Health Sciences Laboratory Division Inc. to provide naturally derived psilocybin for research and development of therapeutic products

The importation of the naturally derived psilocybin into Canada was completed after the Company entered into a supply agreement with Nectar Health Sciences Laboratory Division Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Psilobrain Therapeutics Inc. Based out of Victoria, British Columbia, Nectar Health Sciences Laboratory Division Inc. has a Controlled Substance Dealer’s License for the relevant psychedelic compounds issued by Health Canada. Under that license, Nectar was granted an import permit, pursuant to the provisions of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and the Food and Drugs Regulations.

The agreement with Nectar Health Sciences Laboratory Division Inc. paves the way for HAVN Life’s successful exportation of naturally derived psilocybin from Jamaica. Additionally, it validates the Company’s supply chain business model of providing psilocybin for clinical use and research, adding to previously announced supply partnerships this year with Mycrodose Therapeutics, Mycotopia Therapies, Cube Psytech, Allied Health, ATMA Journey Centers, Revive Therapeutics and HealthTech Connex.

(“Woke Pharmaceuticals”) for the exclusive white label supply and distribution of their line of natural health products in Australia, New Zealand and China.

Woke Pharmaceuticals will be pursuing the distribution of HAVN Life natural health products through Australian retailers, including major supermarkets and other retail outlets, as well as through various e-commerce portals such as Australia and New Zealand Amazon sites. The market for dietary supplements in Australia and New Zealand was estimated to exceed $3.7 billion in 2020.

The Agreement with Woke Pharmaceuticals also provides a distribution channel into China using Woke Pharmaceuticals’ existing relationships. The Chinese market for health and wellness supplements was estimated to exceed $26 billion in 2020 according to consultancy firm, Tong Intelligence.

Horizon will distribute the full portfolio of HAVN Life’s line natural health products, which launched this June. The Company is also pleased to announce that it has recently partnered with Well.ca, one of the biggest online natural health retailers in Canada.

“We are proud to be partnering with Horizon, who will provide a distribution link to hundreds of retailers who prefer to work with Horizon to gain efficiency in their supply chain,” says HAVN Life CEO, Tim Moore. “This partnership will allow HAVN Life to accelerate the expansion of our retail footprint and potentially build sales of our natural health product portfolio,” he adds.

With this partnership in place, HAVN Life adds to its expanding retail and distribution network, which currently includes  Choices Market and Nesters Market locations in B.C., as well as online retailers Well.ca and Amazon.ca and through their own ecommerce site, yourhavnlife.com, shipping to Canada and the U.S.

The first purchase order of HAVN Life products is expected to be placed in early November, in time for Horizon’s December Specials Catalogue running November 22nd to December 19th, 2021.

Allied Corp. Advances Psilocybin Product Psilonex™ RX and Initiates Manufacturing Process

Allied Corp. (ALID) has a new approach for treating depression, anxiety and PTSD.

The Kelowna-based company developed a proprietary formulation called Psilonex RX that combines psilocybin extract with functional mushroom extracts and a blend of vitamins.
